Zoka Design INC provides a platform that connects homeowners with home improvement contractors. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of any work performed by contractors.

4. Lead Generation and Distribution

By submitting your information through our forms, you authorize Zoka Design INC and up to four of its affiliated Home Improvement Companies to contact you regarding your inquiry. This contact may include phone calls, emails, and text messages, including through automated dialing systems.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Zoka Design INC's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Zoka Design INC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Zoka Design INC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zoka Design INC's website, even if Zoka Design INC or a Zoka Design INC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 9. Contractor Relationships

Zoka Design INC is not responsible for the actions, quality of work, pricing, or any other aspects of the contractors we connect you with. All agreements and disputes are between you and the contractor directly.

Zoka Design INC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
